Antivirus Definition - Update Status in Reporting

this reporting mechanism for the Antivirus/Anti Ransomware/Backup software is in need of an overhaul that better reports on metrics that we are seeing the market look for (i.e., specifying Antivirus, whether it's running or not, reporting on versions, allowing customization for checking where the definitions should be checked, etc.)
