Set Default Dashboard

I would like the ability to set a specific dashboard as the default at the global and company levels per admin. That way I don't have to keep changing the view each time I go between companies or the global level. I also understand the dashboards I want to see will not be the ones everyone else wants to see. So it would be best to allow admins to be able to set their own defaults. I don't need a separate default dashboard for each separate company.
