Automation to Unsuppress Vulnerabilities

Can we have an option to automatically have a suppressed vulnerability come out of suppression based on a trigger of the severity increasing.

Example: I suppress a Windows OS Patch that was in LOW severity, and now it's in MEDIUM; we would want that to come out of suppression.

Would be a nice addition to vulnerability management to not be caught off guard when some vulnerability turns out to be more dangerous then previously thought.
