Comment as an Action/Selectable column

A feature almost all of our clients have been requesting is that we should have a column for adding a comment to a specific row in Assets->Solutions->Remediation Plan.

This would help us keep track if something is being dealt with and help our client CISOs stay up to date on the progress.
